Tom is a Christian, a Conservative, and an engaged citizen who is stepping forward to serve Tennessee’s 4th Congressional District. He is running for Congress to uphold the values that have long grounded this nation and strengthened its communities: faith, family, freedom, liberty, and personal responsibility. These are the principles that define who we are as Tennesseans and as Americans — and Tom believes they must guide our government, not be overshadowed by political stagnation or complacency.

Tom also understands that America’s founding principles are only as strong as the leaders willing to defend them. Like every Soldier, he swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That oath wasn’t symbolic; it wasn’t temporary; it was lifelong. It reflects his commitment to the rule of law, individual liberty, and the God-given rights of the American people. He was never relieved of that oath — and it continues to guide his judgment, his integrity, and his service.

Today, Tennessee needs that kind of leadership again. For generations, Tennessee has sent strong, principled leaders to Washington — men and women who shaped national policy, stood up for the Constitution, and earned the respect of the country. But in recent years, District 4 has lacked the leadership and engagement Tennesseans deserve. Washington has grown louder while our voice has grown quieter, and Tom believes it is time to make a change.

He is running to restore that leadership Tennessee has historically brought to Washington — leadership marked by accountability, courage, and a willingness to stand up for the people instead of the political class. Tom is committed to bringing a stronger, clearer, and more principled Tennessee voice back to Congress.
